Arts
The Arts are a group of distinctive but interrelated means of communication, each with its own concepts, processes, skills and ways of structuring meaning. In all cultures the Arts provide important ways of perceiving, processing, expressing and representing ideas, emotions, values and beliefs.
The Arts offer students many opportunities to explore and discover their strengths as individuals and to work together in groups. The expression of personal experiences and communication through a wide range of Arts experiences will enhance a sense of self worth and individual identity in each student, especially if all work is valued in a supportive manner.
