Sharing compliments
We love to hear about the people, services and programs at our school that have had a positive impact on our students and community. Your words of thanks, encouragement and praise will be shared with our school team.
You can send compliments directly to teachers, leaders or services or use the Education Directorate contact form to give a compliment.
Sharing a concern or making a complaint
We ask that you talk to your teacher, principal or another school leader in the first instance if you have a concern or would like to make a complaint. If you are not sure who to talk to, please speak with the school front office.
If there is an issue, we will work with you to fix it.
If your complaint is not resolved after talking to us, you can escalate your concern to the ACT Education Directorate by using the Education Directorate contact form.
Please treat all school staff respect. We ask that you provide us with honest, constructive feedback on our service, and provide timely, accurate and complete information.
Verbal or physical abuse is never okay and will not be accepted at our schools. This includes any communication by email, phone or online.
